Ashley joined Jones Law Office as an Associate Attorney in 2026. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate matters. Prior to joining Jones Law Office, Ashley began her legal career as a paralegal with Somsen, Mueller & Franta in New Ulm, where she gained valuable experience working closely with clients and attorneys on a variety of legal matters.

While attending law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Ashley worked with the Economic Inclusion Clinic, assisting underserved individuals and small businesses with legal needs. She also volunteered with the Just Deeds Project in Ramsey County, helping homeowners address discriminatory racial covenants in property records. In addition to earning her Juris Doctor degree, Ashley received a Conflict Resolution Theory and Practice Certificate and is a Minnesota Judicial Branch Qualified Neutral.

Outside of the Office

Originally from Watertown, South Dakota, Ashley grew up and attended school in Pierz, MN. Now living in New Ulm, MN, she enjoys attending local events and festivals with friends. Most of her summer is spent with her family swimming and fishing at their family cabin on Clear Lake, SD. Ashley is also a dedicated member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International and enjoys spending time with her fraternity brothers and sisters while giving back through community service initiatives surrounding the legal profession.
