Kristin joined Jones Law Office in 2017. Kristin’s practice focuses on assisting individual and small business clients with their estate, tax and business planning needs. Kristin works with individuals and families on estate tax management, wealth transfers and charitable planning, estate administration and asset protection planning. Kristin assists business and corporate clients with entity formation, business succession and transition planning and other corporate matters. Kristin takes pride in her ability to connect with clients and guide them through the process of creating an individualized plan for the future.  Prior to beginning her legal career, Kristin worked in financial services as an Associate Financial Advisor, creating detailed financial plans for clients.

Outside of the Office

Kristin grew up in the small community of Janesville, MN. After spending a few years in the greater Rochester area, Kristin relocated back to the area to raise her children and build her law practice. Kristin lives in Janesville with her husband, Travis, sons, Colin and Lucas, and labradoodle, Cam. Kristin enjoys traveling to new places, training for and running half marathons, advocating for causes she cares about, and spending time with her friends and family.
